Initiation Fee… $100.00 one time	This is a one time fee that must accompany the membership application. If your application is not accepted, the fee will be returned to your company.
National Dues…	Dues are based on the number of field employees you have working on a quarterly basis and are payable quarterly. This includes sub-contracted and temporary labor.

0 to 5	field employees…	$215.00 per year
6 to 10	field employees…	$369.00 per year
11 to 20	field employees…	$677.00 per year
21 to 60	field employees…	$914.00 per year
61 to 100	field employees…	$1,129.00 per year
101 to 150	field employees…	$1,437.00 per year
151 to 200	field employees…	$1,848.00 per year
201 +	field employees…	$2,372.00 per year

State Chapter Dues… $150.00 per year	All members of the Atlanta Chapter are members of the state chapter. This fee is paid yearly in January to the Georgia Chapter.
Atlanta Chapter Monthly Dues…	Dues are based on the number of field employees you have working on a weekly basis and are payable monthly. This includes sub-contracted and temporary labor.

0 to 10	field employees…	$32.00 per week
11 to 20	field employees…	$42.25 per week
21 to 30	field employees…	$53.50 per week
31 to 50	field employees…	$64.00 per week
51 & up	field employees…	$84.50 per week

Membership Meetings…
$15/$25 per month

The $15 fee (per person) covers the cost of meals at General Membership Meetings. However, if your firm does not attend the meeting, you are charged $25.
